The same symptom can mean a completely different repair depending on the brand and generation of the machine.

Parts & Sourcing Policy
How we decide what parts go into your machine.
OEM First
We default to manufacturer parts whenever they are available and priced reasonably. OEM parts match the original specification.
Quality Aftermarket
When OEM parts are discontinued or on indefinite back-order, we source from established aftermarket suppliers and disclose this to you in writing.
Warranty Alignment
Every part we install is covered by our 90-day warranty, regardless of source. If the part fails within that window, we replace it at no additional cost.
Honest Recommendations
If a machine is so old that parts are scarce and expensive, we will say so and talk through replacement options instead of quietly upcharging.
Brand Questions
My brand is not on this list. Do you still service it?
In most cases, yes. Call us with the brand and model and we will confirm before scheduling. There are brands we do not service for parts-availability reasons, and we will tell you honestly if yours is one of them.
Do you service older machines?
Yes. We service machines well past a decade old as long as parts are still obtainable. For very old models we will explain the cost trade-offs before recommending a repair.
Do you work on foreign-made machines?
Yes. We service European and Asian brands, including Bosch, Miele, LG, and Samsung. Some specialty parts may take longer to source.
Can you tell me if a machine is worth repairing?
Yes. That is part of every diagnostic visit. We quote the repair and, when relevant, note the approximate cost of replacement so you can decide. See the residential page for the repair vs. replace reasoning we use.
Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?
Whenever possible, yes. If a part has been discontinued, we source from established aftermarket suppliers and disclose this to you before installing it.
Do you service multiple brands at the same facility?
Yes. Mixed-brand laundry rooms are common in apartment buildings and hotels. We carry parts for multiple platforms on the same van when possible. See the commercial page for details.
