Preventative Maintenance Plans
Scheduled service that keeps laundry equipment running instead of waiting for it to fail. Built for laundromats, hotels, gyms, and multi-family buildings where downtime has a real cost.
Why Preventative Maintenance Pays for Itself
Most emergency repairs we handle were preventable three months earlier with a routine inspection.
Fewer Emergency Calls
Facilities on a maintenance plan see a dramatic drop in after-hours and same-day breakdown calls.
Longer Equipment Life
Regular belt, seal, and bearing service can extend the working life of commercial equipment by years.
Lower Repair Spend
Addressing small issues before they cascade into major component failure reduces total annual repair cost.
Documented History
Every visit is logged. You get a complete service history for every unit on the floor.

How the Plan Works
Three steps from first contact to a running maintenance schedule.
Free site survey
We visit your laundry room, count and inspect every unit, and note any pre-existing issues. No charge, no obligation.
Plan recommendation
You get a written proposal with visit frequency, scope, and monthly cost. We explain why we recommend the tier we do.
Scheduled service begins
We set a recurring schedule that fits your operating hours. You get a report after every visit and a summary each quarter.
Early Warning Signs You Need a Plan
If you recognize any of these in your facility, a maintenance agreement is overdue.
Repeat repairs on the same unit
The same machine fails more than twice a year. That is a pattern, not bad luck.
Longer cycle times
Loads that used to finish in 30 minutes now take 45. Efficiency loss is usually the first symptom.
Rising utility bills
Worn heating elements and failing seals waste gas, water, and electricity every single cycle.
Visible wear or rust
Leaking seals and door boots often hide behind panels until they cause real damage.
Customer complaints
Tenants or patrons complaining about a specific machine is a signal that maintenance has slipped.
No service record on file
If you cannot say when the last inspection was, it is time to start documenting.
Frequently Asked About Maintenance
Is there a minimum number of machines required?
For monthly and quarterly plans we usually recommend at least four units. Smaller laundry rooms can still get a custom arrangement — just contact us.
Can I pause the plan during slow season?
Yes. We can shift to a lighter schedule during low-occupancy months and return to the full plan when business picks up. Terms are flexible.
What is not included in the plan?
The plan covers inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and small-wear replacements. Larger repairs and full part replacements are quoted separately, though plan members get preferred pricing.
Do I need to be on-site during visits?
No. Most clients give us a key or access code. We notify you before each visit and send a written report afterward.
Does the plan include after-hours emergency service?
Monthly and custom plans include priority emergency dispatch. Standard response times depend on your contract terms — we will spell this out in the proposal.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. We review usage and failure history every quarter, and we will suggest an upgrade or downgrade if the data supports it.
