Common Questions Before You Book
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Yes. We charge a flat diagnostic fee that covers travel and the full on-site inspection. If you approve the repair, the fee is credited toward your total invoice.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
Our vans stock the most common parts — belts, seals, drain pumps, heating elements, and control components. Uncommon parts are ordered the same day, usually arriving within 24–48 hours.
Do you work on residential homes or only commercial?
Both. Roughly half of our call volume is residential service across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island. Commercial work covers the rest.
What areas do you serve?

Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Monthly and quarterly maintenance agreements are available for laundromats, hotels, and buildings with shared laundry rooms. Details on the maintenance page.
