What Happens During a Home Visit
A normal appointment takes 45 to 90 minutes on site, depending on what we find.
- Full diagnostic in your laundry room — no unit removal before testing
- Written parts and labor estimate before any work is approved
- Common parts already on the van for same-visit repair
- Test cycle run after repair to confirm the fix
- Cleanup and a short summary of what was done

We give you a straight answer, even when that answer is that repair is not worth it.

Do I need to move the machine before you arrive?
No. Our technicians handle moving the unit out from the wall and back into place. Please just clear the area in front of the machine so we have room to work.
Is there a charge just to come out?
Yes. We charge a flat diagnostic fee that covers travel and the full on-site inspection. If you approve the repair, that fee is credited toward your total invoice.
How long do repairs usually take?
Most common repairs are finished in a single visit of 45 to 90 minutes. If a part has to be ordered, we schedule a return visit as soon as it arrives.
Do you install new machines?
Yes. We install new washers and dryers in homes, handle venting, water hookups, and leveling. See the services page for details.
Do you repair stacked units?
Yes. We service both the upper and lower sections of stacked washer/dryer combinations, including shared venting and drain lines.
